This notice explains how we handle personal data that reaches us through the blokkpay.hu website. Data processing for guests of restaurants using the Blokk software is governed by a separate agreement.
Who controls your data?
The controller of data submitted on this website is the operator named in the imprint above. You can reach us at hello@blokkpay.hu with any question.
What data do we process?
The name, restaurant name, email address, optional phone number and message text you enter in the contact form. Plus technical data needed to serve the site, and a cookie storing your chosen language.
Why do we process it?
Solely so that we can reply to your enquiry and discuss our service with you. The legal basis is your consent, and steps taken prior to entering into a contract.
How long do we keep it?
We keep enquiries for at most two years, unless you ask us to delete them sooner, or a contract is entered into, in which case accounting rules require longer retention.
Who do we share it with?
We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing. Our technical providers (hosting, email delivery) may access it as data processors.
What are your rights?
You may request access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing, and you may object to processing. You can lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).
Cookies
We use only a strictly necessary cookie: it stores the language you chose so you do not have to set it again. We place no tracking or advertising cookies.
